Healhty Snack Gluten Free Cheddar Biscuits

You’ll Need:

For the Biscuits:

  • 2 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk, Or sour cream
  • 2 large Eggs, Room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot Starch
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt, To taste

Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, garlic powder and salt.
