You’ll Need:
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1 Cup of Cold Brewed Coffee (No Sugar)
- 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Any flavor of your choice but I prefer Vanilla)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (Optional)
Instructions:
- Simply add these ingredients into a blender and blend away until you have a smooth consistency.
- Feel free to experiment and add more ingredients to get the perfect flavor you like. I personally like to add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter or Greek yogurt.
