Healthy Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe for Weight Loss

You’ll Need:


  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 Cup of Cold Brewed Coffee (No Sugar)
  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Any flavor of your choice but I prefer Vanilla)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (Optional)

Instructions:


  1. Simply add these ingredients into a blender and blend away until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Feel free to experiment and add more ingredients to get the perfect flavor you like. I personally like to add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter or Greek yogurt.
