You’ll Need:
- 1 cup/100g sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 roasted red peppers (either roast yourself or from a jar)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp white or black pepper
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ lemon, the juice
- 10 basil leaves
- salt to taste (a few pinches, mine took less than ½ tsp)
Instructions:
- Soak sunflower seeds overnight, then rinse and drain.
- If you have a good food processor you might use it for the next step, if not use a hand blender - you'll need to make those sunflower seeds really creamy.
