This delicious keto meatloaf is super easy to make and won't take much of your time. It's bursting with flavor that the entire family will love!
Keto Meatloaf Sauce:
If you want to add a sauce to the top of your meatloaf, this is keto friendly. Just mix it all together and top before baking. This will add 1 net carb to the nutrition facts below.
Ingredients:
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup pork rind, crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix ground beef and all ingredients
- Shape into a firm oval loaf in a meatloaf pan
- You can use any shallow pan, but if your family loves meatloaf… I highly recommend getting a meatloaf pan. They make cooking meatloaf so much easier and they’re pretty cheap!
- Bake for 1 hour

- 1/2 cup sugar free ketchup
- 6 tbsp keto safe brown sugar alternative
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- *Whether or not you like the sauce is going to be very dependent on if you like the sugar free ketchup. Taste the sauce before topping your meatloaf with it.
