This gluten free, high protein, low carb meal is perfect for feeding a family. I’m not a huge fan of chicken, but the sauce in this dish made me want to eat every bite.

Ingredients:
- 5 cups shredded cooked chicken (I used about 1.25 lb of chicken)
- 4 oz ham slices
- 4 oz melted butter
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz swiss cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place shredded chicken in bottom of a casserole dish
- Layer the slices of ham on top of the chicken
- In a mixing bowl, mix together butter, cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Mix for about a minute (until the ingredients are completely blended together)
- Spread the sauce over the ham and chicken in the casserole dish
- Place slices of swiss cheese on the sauce and bake for 30 minutes
- Place oven to broil for last 2 minutes, to brown the cheese
