Vegan & Gluten Free Crispy Hoisin Tofu

You’ll Need:


  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu drained
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp powdered ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 TBS peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 TBS hoisin sauce

Instructions:


  1. Place your tofu in a fine-mesh strainer or colander and rinse. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, powdered ginger, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Cut the tofu into 1” cubes.
