- 6 Flatout Flatbread ProteinUp Wraps
- 2 x Vegan Scrambled Eggs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 red pepper diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1/4 cup green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 can black beans
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup non-dairy cheese optional
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
