Easy Vegan Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Healthy Recipes - Make a batch of these easy vegan Southwest Breakfast Burritos and stick them in your freezer for a quick grab-n-go breakfast all week long.


You’ll Need:


  • 6 Flatout Flatbread ProteinUp Wraps
  • 2 x Vegan Scrambled Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can black beans
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup non-dairy cheese optional

Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
