Gluten Free Garlic & Herb Vegan Cream Cheese

You’ll Need:


  • 5 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Lakanto Liquid Monkfruit Sweetener*
  • 1 block House Foods organic extra firm tofu
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ​2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried basil*Or other sweetener of choice equivalent to 2.5 Tbsp sugar

Instructions:


  1. Combine lemon juice, sweetener, tofu, garlic, salt, and nutritional yeast in blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to mixing bowl, and mix in dill, parsley, and basil.
