You’ll Need:
For one serving:- 1 cup yoghurt
- 6 walnut halves
- ½ cup berries (I used frozen)
- 1 tsp honey
- optional: some natural peanut butter
Instructions:
- Chop the walnuts.
- In a bowl mix yogurt with the honey.
